Customer Service

Our dedicated Customer Service team liaises with all the suppliers to ensure all our customer’s contracts are successfully processed with the chosen supplier.

The team contact each customer to advise them that their contract has been successfully processed and has commenced on the appropriate date. Our team our experienced in all areas and can assist customers with any queries they may have. LSI aims to deal with all issues promptly and efficiently.  If a customer has an issue during the term of their contract our Customer Service team together with the Account Management staff will work together to ensure the customer ‘s issues are resolved.

The Customer Service team is also there to look after and administer our online data portal for our larger Half Hourly customers. The team are experts in look for anomalies amoungst usage data and will report back to the customer with any information.
