Every customer of LSI Energy be them large or small receives a dedicated Account Manager.

Your Account Manager will always be available to not only deal with all your contract negotiations when the time is right but also answer any of your queries throughout the length of your chosen contract term.

Our staff offer award winning service so you can always be reassured that if you have any problems; billing issues, supplier misunderstandings, meter readings or anything else, our experienced staff will do there best to help.

When negotiating your contracts our Account Manager's will work tirelessly to make sure you recieve the optium rates for your business as well as the most suitable contract and term. Once we have searched the market to find the best available offers we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of our recommendations and compare the new rates to those of your prievious contract. Advise us of which contract you would like to prceed with and we will take care of the rest. You will be keep in the loop on the satuts of your contracts and the LSI Customer Service team will monitor your transfer to ensure you move onto the new tariff with no complications.

Contract Renewals

Once your a customer of LSI we take care of all the worrying for you. No longer do you need to concern yourself with when is the best time to re-look at your contracts and consider what to do next. Your Account Manager will contact you at the perfect time to take you through the process. We have live trading screens and monitor the market on a daily basis so we know when is the best time to contact our customers. All customers also receive a monthly e-mails filled with interesting information on the industry.
